La-Patissiere is a Dubai based bakery that focuses on wedding & designer cakes, Arabic sweets, Moroccan & Lebanese sweets, Ice-creams & International Chocolates. Its small size allows it to give personalized attention to its clients.

Set up in 1813, La-patissiere is a family own bakery. Rammal family started it from Lebanon & initially operated from one room followed by starting two factories there and then we moved to Dubai for setting another factory. In 2006 we started this company in Dubai. Our products include good quality Lebanese, Turkish & Moroccan sweets with painstakingly created artisan food using the freshest ingredients available, our menu selection have a true international flare with dishes influenced by the cuisines of Dubai. We make over 100 varieties of Lebanese sweets now.

Our philosophy is not to sacrifice flavour at the stake of health & vice versa that’s one reason we have a menu dedicated solely to healthy entrees & sides .so you can enjoy your meal & not feel guilty about indulging, even on delectable desserts or bakery items.

La-patissiere (India) is owned by Mr.Hassan Rammal, Mr.Karan Shah & Mr.Sapan Shah. They are managing the operations for branches in India.

We have International Chefs Mr Mohammad Raziq & Mr.Sumer Rammal (Production Manager) to retain the quality & taste. The products available here are 100% vegetarian. Not only the standard of these sweets are international but we are prepared taking utmost care of hygiene in Surat.

About Baklava Sweets :-

Baklava or Baklawa is a rich, sweet pastry featured in many cuisines of the Arabic countries. It is made of layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts such as Walnuts, Almonds, and Pistachios and sweetened with sugar syrup. The result is a dish so delicious that not only was it served to royalty but numerous ethnic groups claim it as their own. These sweets are pure vegetarian and taste so mild & unique that it won’t be an exaggeration to say that Indian market has never witnessed such authentic international flavours. These sweets shelf-life is up to 3 month in normal temperature. Moreover, the sweets are made by chef from Dubai which ensures the authenticity of the international flavour.

Also their families keep no stone unturned to make the event memorable be it the venue, decor, clothes & jewellery or cuisines, they make sure that everything is perfect and in place.
